'Liquid Gold'
Eighteenth century style corset
and matching skirt.

There are more ways to be inspired by eighteenth century style dress than the Marie Antoinette and "Dangerous Liaisons" routes. A classic 1780's corset, cut for the 21st century body - albeit "underwear as outerwear"! - is a style which sculpts the waist and cleavage.

Shown here, a fully boned, eighteenth century style corset in silk dupion with organza gauntlet tie-on sleeves.  Decorated with velvet leaves and scattered beading.

Shown below, the same design in a lilac/ gold silk dupion with black lace detailing.

A similar corset with sleeves: £950 plus chosen fabric
Skirt: from £900
